Snooze, An A.m. Eatery Information

Tucked into the busy stretch of S Rampart Blvd in Las Vegas, Snooze, An A.m. Eatery brings a lively, colorful twist to the classic breakfast-and-brunch scene. The moment you step inside, the vibe feels upbeat and welcoming, with retro-inspired décor, bright hues, and a steady hum of conversation that makes it clear this spot is a local favorite. The location at 1075 S Rampart Blvd is easy to find, with plenty of nearby shopping and parking, which adds to its appeal for both tourists and regulars.

The menu leans heavily into creative takes on morning staples, and it’s hard not to get a little overwhelmed-in a good way-by the variety. Pancake flights are a standout, letting you sample different flavors in one sitting, from pineapple upside-down to sweet potato. Their eggs Benedict options go far beyond the traditional, with inventive combinations like smoked salmon or chorizo adding bold flavor. On a recent visit, the habanero pork belly breakfast fried rice stood out as a savory, slightly spicy dish that breaks away from typical diner fare while still feeling comforting.

Service tends to match the energetic atmosphere. Even during peak brunch hours, staff move efficiently and keep things friendly without feeling rushed. It’s the kind of place where servers are quick to recommend favorites or explain menu items if you’re unsure, which is helpful given how many unique dishes are offered. Based on multiple reviews and personal experience, wait times can stretch during weekends, but the team does a decent job managing the crowd.

Coffee lovers won’t feel left out either. The drink menu includes everything from classic brews to more indulgent options like lattes and seasonal specialties, and the quality is consistently solid. Pair that with freshly squeezed juices or a brunch cocktail, and it rounds out the experience nicely.

What really sets this spot apart is how it balances creativity with approachability. The food feels thoughtful without being pretentious, and the overall experience lands somewhere between a cozy diner and a trendy brunch destination. Prices are a bit higher than a traditional breakfast joint, but the portion sizes and quality justify it. Regulars often point out that consistency is one of its strengths, something that’s not always easy to maintain in a busy Las Vegas dining scene.

What People's Say About Place

This was a perfect place for brunch. I went after a hike on a Friday in Lent so I was looking for meatless options and there were plenty. I sat at the bar/ counter and was immediately given a menu. Danielle was so friendly and had conversations with everyone, even as busy as she was. She made me an excellent Spicy Hot Chai Latte. I ordered the Smashed Avocado Benny. The parmesan crisp on the English muffin added the right amount of crunch and saltiness to the smoky hollandaise and the perfectly poached egg. I'd go back to try other items on the extensive brunch menu.

I love eggs and the quality of eggs here is great! I love the taste and the fact that they look nutritious (great yellow color). When you sign up with their app, you also receive pancakes thr next time you come. I'd come back

Cute retro themed restaurant - reminded me of the Jetsons (). Anyway, interesting menu items. Had the shrimp and grits (sub chicken sausage). Was delish would return for this. My breakfast companion had biscuits and sausage, which she said was too salty because both the biscuit and the gravy were salty separately, which made the dish too salty overall and warranted a return. She also asked for eggs over medium and they were swimming on the plate looking barely cooked. Service was decent, nothing over the top. One win of two for the day.

AMAZING! Atmosphere was amazing! Food amazing! And service, you guessed it. AMAZING! Samy is her name, and she was actually beyond amazing. I have SEVERE food allergies and she made sure to take care of me. She shares some of the same allergies. So she was beyond a server at that point. Loved every bit of our experience. I actually wanted to go to another location, that wouldn't take us out of our way, heading back home. But I am not one but disappointed about the extra time added on! Go see her and let her know how amazing she is!

This place was so cute, i loved the retro vibe it had. The Gingerbread Latte was delicious! And i would recommend the Smashed Avocado Benny

Met with friends for over 1.5hr and they never asked us to move on. Service, coffee, food was on point. No issues choosing our own pancakes for the pancake flight - so good. The "spicy" bacon was soooo good. Perfect spice level. Great portions, enough to share.

The vibrant retro atmosphere highlights a lovely place for brunch or breakfast. Our Sunday morning visit caught them at their busiest and yet they were pretty good serving us promptly. Several of us would have preferred more thoughtful service such as bringing butter with toast that had very little of it, without having to ask twice. The food was good but not great. The blandest strawberry pancakes I've ever had though I appreciate the use of fresh strawberries! Hashbrowns in the round were wonderful my wife loved her farmers market vegetable bowl.

The food is so yummy here! You won’t be disappointed! The coffee is perfect & the atmosphere is lighted well & cozy
